Learn the Basics-Walking, Running, Picking up things off the floor, all of these are foundational movements that support our movement throughout our lifetime.
Fundamental Form -Learn and execute the fundamental movement patterns for athleticism.
Be Active -Keeping our youth active is crucial for physical and mental health development
Develop Good Habits -Starting youth at an early age to learn how their body moves and how they can establish being active as a part of their daily routine will allow for them to experience the benefits at an earlier age.
Have Fun! -maybe the most important is to have fun, a supportive and encouraging environment for them to grow in.

4 Week Program-Starting November 7th
Day being offered: Tuesday and Thursdays
Ages by Time:
5,6,7 please join us at 5:30 PM
8,9,10 please join us at 6:00 PM
8 Kids per class Limit
Each class will run 30 minutes
If we were to miss a day because of snow or weather, make up sessions will be rescheduled.
Cost of Program is $150 for the entirety of the program
