Fundamentals of Movement Program

YOUTH MOVEMENT PROGRAM

BUILT FOR YOUTH AGES 5-10

We help develop proper form and movement patterns for our youth to develop quality movements patterns later in life.


  • Learn the Basics- Walking, Running, Picking up things off the floor, all of these are foundational movements that support our movement throughout our lifetime.
  • Fundamental Form - Learn and execute the fundamental movement patterns for athleticism.
  • Be Active - Keeping our youth active is crucial for physical and mental health development
  • Develop Good Habits - Starting youth at an early age to learn how their body moves and how they can establish being active as a part of their daily routine will allow for them to experience the benefits at an earlier age.
  • Have Fun! - maybe the most important is to have fun, a supportive and encouraging environment for them to grow in.

CLASS DETAILS

  • 4 Week Program-Starting November 7th
  • Day being offered: Tuesday and Thursdays
  • Ages by Time:
  • 5,6,7 please join us at 5:30 PM
  • 8,9,10 please join us at 6:00 PM
  • 8 Kids per class Limit
  • Each class will run 30 minutes
  • If we were to miss a day because of snow or weather, make up sessions will be rescheduled.
  • Cost of Program is $150 for the entirety of the program
