Whether you are looking to hit the ball further, get more turn in your back swing, or stop that back pain you feel after you swing, this is the program for you.
A strong core allows for the proper movements to be stabilized throughout the golf swing and also a stronger lower back to alleviate any pain some golfers start to develop.
One of the most underrated concepts in the golf swing is your mobility. With proper range of motion of a joint, we can maximize the output of what we are asking that joint to do.
Our sessions will first start out with a mobility assessment in which we will see if there are any imbalances in your body that would effect your golf swing. From there we have a simulator where we would get your day 1 numbers to compare how they reflect your improvements over time from what we are working on through proper mobility exercises, core exercises, rotational exercises, and general physical fitness.
Step 1: Titleist Performance Institute Assessment Screening
-Our TPI Certified coach will take you through this assessment
-This will show us how well your body moves in relation to the golf swing and what we need to improve or work on
Step 2: Simulator Assessment
-On our simulator at our facility we will have you go through swings in order to obtain data that we will use as a baseline for you to see how you improve.
Step 3: Attend the designated workout sessions
-Each session is always going to be different focusing on aspects of quality movement to strengthen our core, lower back, and both lower and upper body.
Step 4: Finishing Simulator Assessment to see the improvement on the last week.
-Lets see all of your hard work come to life on the last week simulator session.
