In current times with golf, preparing the body during the winter time can pay off huge dividends for early success in your golf game in the season. Our goal would be to hit the ground running in those early months instead of peaking late summer when you can be playing your best golf right now. I took it to the test and have been working on a lot of mobility in my thoracic T Spine and hip area and took it to the course down in Myrtle Beach with the weather still not the best up here, and wanting to do it before May 1st.
I was driving the ball 20 yards further than my peak distance last year. The biggest thing was increase confidence that I gained from working hard during the winter and off season, and allowing my body to swing freely and feel loose out on the golf course.
Preparing your body physically will have direct carry over to your golf game.
