There will be a lot of ways to get points throughout the month but the standard will be:
1 point for each class attended
1 point for each lb of bodyweight lost
2 points for each % of bodyfat lot
3 points for 1 lb of muscle put on
5 points for bringing someone onto your team from outside the gym
