Join us for our 6 Week Golf Performance Program at Lehigh Country Club as we focus on the following aspects:


-Assessment of how your body moves and if there are any restrictions

-Getting your body back into proper golf posture

-Mobility and Flexibility exercises focused on allowing your body to move efficiently throughout your golf swing

-Core Exercises that will help strengthen your core and your lower back


This program is for all ages, abilities, and levels of Golf!

Bring a water bottle and come in workout clothes!
