    Nope! we will be using bodyweight but if you do have equipment at home it will only enhance your overall experience!

  • Who is this for?

    Golfers of all abiltiies and fitness levels can benefit from this program. This program focuses on the foundational movement patterns that allow for you to fully maximize your kinetic chain for the golf swing.

  • Do I have to start the program right away?

    The course is built out so that you can follow along at your own pace. You can start it at any point but we do recommend once you do start, to follow along with the curriculum of how it is set up.

  • What age group is this for?

    Generally all age groups can benefit from this program as long as you go through the program at your own pace. There are progressions and regressions throughout the program that allow for you to have multiple options of exercise selection.

Hey everyone, my name is Kyle Shannon, I have been working in the Fitness and Human Performance world for over 10 years now. I wanted to create a program that bridges the gap between optimizing and restoring movement patterns of your body and the translation that has to your golf swing.
